Birthday Card

Another birthday card to share today. Made for another neighbour  and once again using Uniquely Creative papers and die cuts.

Birthday Card

One of our neighbours recently celebrated his 80th  so a special card was the order of the day.  As he is often seen cycling around the village,  I decided to use this pastime as a theme for his card.

Sharing a birthday card today .   I recently made this for a friend and   from memory I think it was from the   Uniquely Creative range of papers and accessories.

Notre Dame Cathedral

I was given this Notre Dame Cathedral kit as a Christmas gift. It certainly looked a bit daunting to start with, so many tiny pieces,  but it was an absolute joy to construct. I have purchased a clear case display it in and save it from the dust.

Miniature Garden Gazebo

Quite a while  since I have posted. Life just got in the way for a bit there with lots happening in the background but still managing a bit of card making and other craft. Over the next little while I would like to share some of my projects. For a few years now I have been sending my craft work out west to a tourist shop so I will share some of the finished items. I am also working on a craft fair in a neighbouring village in a couple of months and a fair here in my own village which I am helping to organise as well as the usual monthly card swap I am involved with and of course a few birthday cards. Thank you for looking and I hope you enjoy them.  I will start with this miniature Garden Gazebo. I built this for my friend for her birthday earlier this month. It was a pleasure to build and I loved the finished project I bought another kit  to make for myself....and yes, my friend loved it.  Lots of photos in this post.

Pop Up Diamond Tiara card

Just going back a little while here. Our Craft Mad Group decided to join in World Cardmaking Day  late last year. We all hooked up online and made a  Pop Up Diamond Tiara Card. It was very interesting, a bit hard to keep up at times as I am a very visual crafter  and it was a Mystery card, so we had no idea what we were doing. However, we all got there, and it was a lot of fun.  I wasn't very happy with my first attempt, so I made the Christmas card next day  and it turned out so much better.
