Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.

 I have been playing around with resin, modelling clay and Plaster of Paris lately.  I had bought this mold for another project and decided to try it with Plaster of Paris. I added the perfume bottles to a shelf in a frame and then added some flowers and beads.   

I found these cute mannequins in our bargain shop and while I didn't know what I was going to do with them I just knew I would come up with something. So this was the result after adding a few bits of ribbon lace and various bead trims and stickers.   

One of my friends recently celebrated her 70th birthday with  a beautifully themed pink and purple party. I made this cute little box with an album for her with  plenty of spots to keep some special photos.  It was a project kit from Blooms n Lace.     

Have been missing for a while  Really busy time trying to organise our Christmas functions in the Village so other things seem to take a back seat for a while.  My first attempt at resin after watching many tutorials which made it all look so easy.  I do love the look of the finished product but still deciding if it for me or not. I added them to a key chain and will put them in my stock for the Christmas market.  Will make a cute little stocking filler.
