My neighbour recently celebrated his 70th birthday and as he is a huge Broncos  I decided on a Broncos box card for him .  I sourced most of the images from the net.

Stamperia Birthday Card

Sharing a popup birthday card for my friend and neighbour today . This was  a kit from Stamperia. I found it a little difficult to star with but they do have  a wonderful tutorial site. My friend loves pink and roses so it was just perfect  for her. Front of the card     Inside pop up

Building Bricks Ice Cream Van

Image
A bit of  a different craft to share today. My children surprised me with  a Lego set for Christmas last year . It was a bit of a joke/ payback for something I sent to them however I really enjoyed building it. I recently bought this Ice Cream Van and although it is not Lego the principle is the same. I made it over a couple of nights , just under 600 pieces and quite small at 15cms long and 5cms wide. Lots of fun

I recently finished this custom diamond beading for a friend to give her husband for his birthday. The car is his pride and joy and he was very excited when we gave it to him.

50th Birthday Card

Image
I was asked to make a 50th birthday card for a relative of a lady in our village.  No colour preference or style was suggested so  I went with this aqua and lilac theme. I have used Poppys Crafts dies and a Cheery Lyn flourish as well as Sticker Store greetings and corners, The flowers are really a soft lilac colour but have photographed as very pink.  I  also made a matching box.

Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap

Image
Our second theme for the March Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap was to make a card  using mediums we don't normally use. I will admit I did get a bit lost along the way with this one and ended up using wood (die cuts )and plastic (buttons).
