This egg was designed and cut by Ron. We took the bottom out of the gazebo to place the eggs inside. The large egg is an Ostich egg and the internal one is a large goose egg.
I have added glitter paper to the inside of the Laser Cut Card and added Creatables flowers and leaves to the front. These are all available at Blue Edge Crafts
This bear's body is made from an Ostrich Egg which has been cut to open at the front of his waistcoat. His arms, legs and head are made from pure wool.

I made this Fire Memorabilia Box for Ron for Christmas. It holds the most precious of his memoriesof 30 years service with the Queensland Fire Service. I covered the main bos with card and added photos and braids as well as the titles. The individual boxes are to hold medals, badges and other collectables and the books hold certificates, exam results and other documents. There is also a CD tin with several cds containing photographs
I made a few of these Peg Calendars for Christmas gifts last year. I painted an oversized peg and added a mini calendar to a Spellbinders scalloped square plus a few flowers, some bling and a matching gift tag.
Today I have a digi stamp card to show you. The stamp was a free download but unfortunately I have misplaced the name of the site. I will try to locate it and add it in later. I have layered Bazill with pattened papers added the digi image on a Spellbinders Oval with a Spellbinders Renaissance die behind it as well as ribbon, flowers and a greeting.
My project today is what I like to call "my life in a box". I altered a large plain gift box by covering it with Kaisercraft paper and embellishing with braids and ribbons, lasercuts and flowers. I then covered 6 photocubes with paperand embellished each one with charms etc and then added photos, one branch of my family to each side of the blocks with ending up with a Rubix cube type of effect. It was awarded 1st prize at the Royal Queensland Show
A quick card before we start a busy day. I used a concertina type fold for this oriental card. I covered the card with the patterned paper and added images which I backed with gold foil. I then added Sticker Store stickers and Spellbinders Doodles die cuts. The papers and images came out of my stash so sorry but I can't name them.
I altered 3 mini canvases to make a wall hanging. Very simple process of adding patterned paper, paper flowers, Spellbinders dies and alphabets and some embellishments.
cI have made this card to enter into the challenge over at Do It With Digis The theme for their first challenge is romance. I have used Digi Days digital images Flirty Fairy and Butterfly..
I have used Alison Ellis Eastern Elements paper for this card. Blue Edge Crafts has a great range of these beautiful papers. The gold accents make them suitable for so many projects.
I made this Games Box for my hubby Ron. I first painted a recycled box then added playing cards, poker chips, two up coins, packs of cards, dominos, bingo cards and keno tickets. It was a much appreciated fun gift.
Very excited this mornng to hear that two of my projects were accepted for display at Winter 2011Craft and Hobby Association In Los Angeles CA. The projects were both made using the eCraft by Craftwell. The first was an explosion box with a cake inside.I used the Jen Allyson Celebrates, Jen Allyson Designs and Fundamental 1 image cards and Bazzill card to complete this project. My second project was a wedding easel card also made using the Ecraft. I used Mr &Mrs glitter paper by Best Creations and the Jen Allyson Celebrates design card for the bride and groom and Fundamentals 1 image card for the greeting label.
This is Rons Shed which he built for his entry into the Royal Brisbane Show last year . He was thrilled to be awarded 1st prize. The shed was constructed from recycled cane blinds which he cut into 1cm strips. I just love all the detail that has gone into this project.
I have used Spellbinders Renaissance Hearts as the centre piece for this card backed by patterned paper and finished off with some punched flowers, pearls, a ribbon and a greeting.
I have a page to show you today. It is my craft room when Ron first built it for me and it was tidy and clean and unused, unlike now :) I have had a couple of additions and changes since then so maybe it is time for an up to date page.
