Crafty Kayes Room

Today I would like to share a desk caddy, made for a friend. I sprayed the raw box with clear  paint and papered it and added a wooden flower flourish and a tag with an initial .      

       Good morning Today I would like to share a project I finished some time back ..before the silly season took over. It is a photograph on a canvas and has been completed with over 22,000 mosaic beads. It measures 30cm x 40 cms.       Thank you for visiting my blog this week.

                  I had a bit of  a rearrangement in my craft room and took some                                    piccies so I thought I would like to share them with you.                  Ron is thinking I will soon be taking over his workshop area :)

We all swapped a calendar with our partner and I was fortunate to be partnered with the lovely Mandy who sent me a calendar with a lovely verse on a decorated panel for each month of the year. I am in love with the Julie Nutting doll stamps so I decided to make a new calendar and incorporate the verses and the stamps.   Now I have finally finished all my pages I can share the last 5 months with you .   My December Page

This is my second card for the January Craft Mad Monthly Swap.  The theme was trees. I layered the 6x6 card with pastel blue and green which I embossed with Mpress Spring Drop. I stamped a Spellbinders circle with Clear Illusion stamps and water coloured the background. Finished the card with a Sticker Store greeting and a bow. 

The theme for our first monthly card swap over at Craft Mad was Trees. This is my first card for my partner. I used a 5x7 card layered with black and red card and added a clip art image to the next layer. I added some punched flowers with rhinestone centres  and a Sticker Store greeting and a ribbon bow. 

  Today it is a big Happy Birthday to my brother Eric The BIG 70. Hope your day is extra special xx         I made this box card for Eric and once again personalised it with his interests. He loves playing around repairing and rebuilding clocks and watches   I also  made this cupcake crown box. As I am interstate I hope by now it has been filled with cupcakes for him :)     This is a Dreaming Tree file cut on the Klic n Kut Zing.
