Crafty Kayes Room

I made this beaded picture to match up with the previous one for my spare room.  The pictures don't really do the finished product justice .  The shine on the beads is really lovely.  They are now hanging in my spare bedroom.   

Another beaded picture today.  I finished this one some time back but have been patiently waiting for the frames to arrive in the mail.   It is a Diamond Dotz picture.  

Brocky  This is my daughters dog Brocky . The beaded picture has been custom made for her and I beaded it for her as a Christmas gift .  It is poster size.   

Porcha  This is a custom beaded picture of my son's dog Porcha.  I completed it for him for Christmas . It is quite large .. poster size and although it was a huge job I am very happy happy with the final result.   

One of the ladies in the Village held a Christmas Eve lunch for some of the residents.  I donated some little gift for the occasion.   These are the calendars I made for the men who attended . They consist of a calendar , post it note pad, pen and on the back is a list of Queensland public holidays for 2021.

One of the ladies in the Village held a Christmas Eve lunch for some of the residents.  I donated some little gift for the occasion.   These are the calendars I made for the ladies.  Sharing a few more Christmas decorations today . This is my Christmas Village which I have set up in my front window . I have installed lights inside each house and it looks really pretty at night. My only problem is that is is really hard to photograph so the first photo is taken on my kitchen bench during set up.      

This dome was another of random my purchases with no plan in mind at the time but I was thinking Christmas. So I decorated and added  the big tree and a smaller one which I decorated, built the church added a couple of figurines and a lamp post .   

These cute little houses came from Blue Edge Crafts and when I bought them, I really had no idea what I was going to do with them but they appealed to my Miniaturist side and also my love of little houses .  They were so easy to put together and when I found this gift box it all came together. The jury is still out on whether to put some gifts around the tree. I still have three days to decide lol     

This is a new banner using elf shoes which I have had in my cupboard for  a long time . The paper is Once Upon a Christmas                           I made this quite some years ago but decided to refurbish it with a coat of paint etc  My friend Mandy taught us to make these angels at one of our Craft Mad Meet Ups  so the small one which Mandy made and my hubby named Mandy many years ago is on the top of the tree.

Time to share some decorations, some old ,some new, some refurbished    I decided to make  anew door wreath this year .  Bought a blank wreath and added baubles and  bits and bobs and quite happy with the finished product.   

Special card for a good friend using Ultimate Crafts dies for the ute and Spellbinders for the tree. Sticker Store greeting and gift boxes backed with metallic card.
