A bit of a throwback to Christmas today. I wanted to share these two beading projects with you . My sister in law sent them to me and I had this one hanging in my dining room window. So pretty when the sun catches it. The second one was in the shape of a wreath but as it had no hanging points I used a plate stand to display it.
A BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my son CRAIG today. Hope your day is extra special just like you. Love and hugs xxx This is a bit of a blast from the past . We made these at one of our earlier Craft Retreats and my sister -in - law found this one lurking in her craft cupboard so after a quick refurbish it is like brand new.
My friend Lisa at Aussie Trends Handcrafts sent me a few Diamond Dotz so a few ladies in the village could try them and see if it was a craft they enjoyed . Well they certainly did enjoy them and also got a bit creative with a couple of the frames as well.
Always find cards for men a bit difficult however this Uniquely Creative kit really helped me out. All you need, including ideas to make some really lovely cards and plenty left over to create your own ideas.

Happy Birthday to my big Brother today Hope your day is extra special xx I have chosen one of the Uniquely Creative cards for Erics birthday, thought the tag was very appropriate and he loved trains when we were growing up and living quite close to the railway.
For our second Craft Mad Monthly swap card we were asked to use the bling we received from our Secret Santa at Christmas. I received a nice collection of bling including these pretty rockets and shooting stars. I did have a bit of a problem deciding what to do with them but this is what I finally decided. Still not real sure but my partner seemed to like it ok.
Our theme for the first of two cards for the Craft Mad Monthly Swap was yellow and green theme. I tried to do a bit of an Australian theme as it was close to Australia Day. All the papers , tags etc came from an Australian themed kit from Blue Edge Crafts
