One of our neighbours recently celebrated his 80th so a special card was the order of the day. As he is often seen cycling around the village, I decided to use this pastime as a theme for his card.
Sharing a birthday card today . I recently made this for a friend and from memory I think it was from the Uniquely Creative range of papers and accessories.
I was given this Notre Dame Cathedral kit as a Christmas gift. It certainly looked a bit daunting to start with, so many tiny pieces, but it was an absolute joy to construct. I have purchased a clear case display it in and save it from the dust.
Quite a while since I have posted. Life just got in the way for a bit there with lots happening in the background but still managing a bit of card making and other craft. Over the next little while I would like to share some of my projects. For a few years now I have been sending my craft work out west to a tourist shop so I will share some of the finished items. I am also working on a craft fair in a neighbouring village in a couple of months and a fair here in my own village which I am helping to organise as well as the usual monthly card swap I am involved with and of course a few birthday cards. Thank you for looking and I hope you enjoy them. I will start with this miniature Garden Gazebo. I built this for my friend for her birthday earlier this month. It was a pleasure to build and I loved the finished project I bought another kit to make for myself....and yes, my friend loved it. Lots of photos in this post.
