Teddy Bear Egg and Happy Birthday Dave


A special Happy Birthday to our nephew Dave. Hope you have a great day .


Today I thought I would share another of my favourite eggs with you .
 This one is an ostrich egg which has been cut and the doors hinged. I lined it with satin and added a little bear ornament.
The bears on the outside were cut from felt

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
