Birthday Cake Tea Light

I made this Birthday Cake Tea Light for a little gift recently.
I used Spellbinders Scalloped Circles for the base and glued card to the outside of the tea light, added paper flowers and punched butterflies.
 

 
I made a little box for the cake from coordinating card.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
