Craft Mad Card Sketch Challenge for January 2019

This is the first Craft Mad Card Sketch Challenge for 2019.

This year we are changing the challenges slightly. 
We will be using the same sketch for both the Card Sketch and the Christmas All Year Round Challenge. I have also introduced a theme for each month.
The theme for this month is die cuts .
For my sample card I have used Alison Ellis papers, a ;lovely new teapot die from my Secret Santa, and unnamed tag dies.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
