Happy Easter

Wishing my Family and Friends and my Blog Followers a Safe, Happy and Peaceful Easter.

I hope you have stayed safe from the virus that has caused such disruption and added stress and worry  to our lives. 

The village here I am living was to have held an Easter Eggstravaganza at our Community Centre and part of it was to be an Easter Bonnet parade so I had earlier made hats for my friend and I to wear.
Of course along with a lot of other gatherings this has been cancelled but I thought I would share my hats with you anyway.
 I did say I would keep them simple but anyone who knows me realises that I don't know what simple is :)

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
