Royal Queensland Exhibition 2021


This is my entry into the Royal Queensland Show this year. Although the show was cancelled for the second year the judging had been held the week before the decision to cancel was made.
My watering can project was awarded 1st prize and Best Exhibit in the Scrapbooking section.

It is a Craftknife Chronicles  project and consists of a watering can with a tunnel album inside.
I chose Graphic 45 papers for the project

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
