Monthly Card Sketch Challenge at Craft Mad

Time for our March card sketch challenge at Craft Mad. Our theme for this month is Children.
 This is my card for the challenge.  
I have used Spellbinder dies to make my banner. The card is for our Great nephew Jay who will be 5 this month.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
