Beautiful hand made decorations, your house must be a treasure trove of gorgeousness. I especially love the topiary tree and would love to make something similar. What have you used to make it Kaye?

Hi Lynn Thank you. I started with a large Styrofoam ball and a piece of dowel for the stem. I used silk poinsettia, ribbon bows which I wrapped with wire and hot glued the lot. I secured it in the pot with florist foam or you could use plaster of Paris. Hope this is of some help Kxx

Beautiful decorations Kaye....I really like your star garland. My Mum made me a snowman like yours a few years ago and he comes out year after year.Thanks for sharing all the photos.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
