Decorated Shoe Pin Cushion.

I have recently spent a bit of time finishing some UFO (unfinished objects) which have been sitting here in my craft room waiting for some attention.
I bought this wooden shoe at a craft expo here in Brisbane quite some time ago and decided it was time to bring it to life with a bit of paint and paper.
I have used Graphic 45 Couture paper and tags, Blossom flowers and rhinestones

Your project today is AMAZING! I LOVE the way your dressed this up with paint, papers and embellishments! It really looks fabulous and what a great idea to turn it into a pin cushion! It would look amazing in a sewing or craft room! TFS!

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
