Crafty Kayes Room

Today is my daughter Belinda's  birthday and as she is a chef I thought this pop up box card would be just perfect for her. I started with a basic box card and added patterned papers and cooking themed embellishments. Happy Birthday Sweetheart from us both. Hope your day is extra special.

The last of the box cards for now though I have lots of ideas racing around in my head for variations which can be cut from the plain box card included in this file set. The cards are all made from files from SVG Cuts and were cut on the Klik N Kut Zing and I have used papers and card from my stash as well as a Sticker Store greeting.

Today we have  a pretty box of flowers in another of the Box card series. Our Granddaughter recently traveled to Singapore to play with the school orchestra. I made her a Bon Voyage card with a musical theme to wish her well in her travels. I have used My Minds Eye papers and stickers from the Sticker Store.

Today I would like to share an Altered Clock with you, another project which has been lurking in my craft room waiting for inspiration to hit ever since my sister in  law bought it for me some time back. I have used Graphic 45 papers to cover the inside and the little houses. I added a Spellbinders D-Lites fence and a chipboard flourish and finished off with paper flowers and butterflies and paper  flowers. Thank you for visiting my blog this .week. At our recent Scrapbooking Expo I saw the Prima Doll Stamps and fell instantly in love with them. I always enjoy creating tags and these are no exception. At the moment my desk is covered in  dolls bodies and dresses and lace etc :) Today I would like to share the first one I have  completed with you.  I have had this telephone box in my stash for some time waiting for the time and inspiration to do something with it  The phone box is from ScrapMatts as are the lamp post and the tree. The papers I have used are Graphic 45 and Cosmo Cricket. I have also used Flower Soft for the gardens.

I added this tag to my Craft Mad swap partners parcel as a little extra . I have used a Couture Creations embossing folder and Cheery Lyn dies to make the tag.

This is my second card for my swap card over at Craft Mad. I have used a Couture Creations Vintage Girl embossing folder and added a 3d image, punched corners and rhinestones. Thank you for visiting my blog this week. 

The theme for our June Craft Mad monthly swap was Embossing so we needed to make 2 cards for our partners. To make this card I started with a 5x7 card overlaid with embossed card and Embossed panels, a ribbon, greeting and a flower with a flourish. Already into the second half of the year. This is our seventh Christmas All Year Round Card Challenge card. I started with a a 4x6 card and added a layer of Graphic 45 12 Days of Christmas paper, then an embossed banner and a tag from the paper pad which I embellished with pearls. Time for July's Craft Mad Card Sketch Challenge. This is my sample card  I have used a square card and some paper from my stash which I think is from My Minds Eye . I have added Spellbinders Fleur de Lis and Lotus dies, paper doily and a handmade lace flower . I also included a bird image on a tag.
