Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap

 
This is my second swap card for July.
I was a bit worried that there was not a lot of acetate in the card but my partner was happy with it.
I have used paper from my stash  as well as other bits and pieces from my craft room .
The "happy is an Elizabeth crafts die.

Hi Patricia, I cut the card 1/3 of the way down on the front... adjust the size by the size of the alphabets..... and add the acetate by gluing it with double sided tape to the front of the card then overlay with patterned paper. My alphas were double sided so that made gluing them on really simple. I then added the other embellishments. Hope this helps.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
