Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap

 
The Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap for August was to make two cards featuring birds.
This is my first card for my partner .
I have used my usual go to papers ...Graphic 45, this time the botanical range.
I added a paper doily, paper flowers and a butterfly.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
