Craft Mad Annual Meet Up and Retreat

 
Things have been very busy in our house for the past few months planning the Craft Mad Annual Meet Up which was held over the past long weekend .
 
We have lots of photos to share but as it will take a bit of time to sort and edit them I will share a few I have taken earlier.

To go with our Christmas theme I made everyone an Santa brooch with their initial

 
 and of course we had to have a Santa hat with a flashing badge

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
