Kaisercraft Easel Blackboard

I was given this Kaisercraft  Easel Blackboard as a Christmas gift but it has taken me a while to get to decorate it .
I have chosen to make one side a blackboard and the other a cork board. I painted the base shape with black paint and decorated with Kaisercraft paper and Tim Holtz die cuts.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
