Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap

The theme for the first card for our Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap for June was to use our dies in an unusual way .
I decided to make a block of chocolate card and an Oreo biscuit.
The dies were various sizes of Spellbinders square and I added some tin foil for the opening on the chocolate packet. 
The Oreo was made with Spellbinders circle and scalloped circle dies.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
