Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap


The theme for our card swap for January was Sympathy cards. 

Our second card was a bit trickier ... well for me anyway. 

It was a Vase of Flowers Card.

Even though I had written instructions, I just could not get the hang of it for a long time... about 5 cards actually lol

Finally,

it fell into place and really how simple it was.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
