I have made a small start on my Christmas cards for this year.  I had three boxes of Kaisercraft Card kits so I thought I would start with those. I will share some over the next few posts

Lots of photos on this post. I have been wanting to do a triple tray Christmas decoration for some time  and now I find myself with a little extra spare time to play  ...which is just lovely ... I decided it was time. I purchased a 3-tier serving tray and added green grass and snow,  fences and ladders for Santa to climb, made lots of houses, decorated trees, added lampposts, people, animals and of course Santa with presents and my Christmas Village was born I added fairy light all the way through each tier so looks really pretty at night.      Top tier  Middle tier  Bottom tier                                                                                                         ...

A 70th card for a lady who loves flowers and sewing. I have used a  Hearty Crafts die cut image on a Spellbinders Lotus die  and added flowers and a greeting die.  

The choices for my second card for the Tic Tac Toe  part of our swap was Tropical, Favourite Colour and Thank You. I chose pink and some lovely papers and die cuts from Uniquely Creative  and made a box card.   

Our challenge for our  Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap was to use something from your stash  that you had never tried. I have had this die set for a while waiting  to use it for a special birthday in January.  So I ended up making three cards, one for the swap  and the others for upcoming birthdays.   

My second  choice for the Tic Tac Toe part of our  Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap included  Black and White, Thank you and Birds. I used a reasonably new die. I do enjoy these background dies,  so many options of how to use them.  I added a Thank You greeting and a tiny bird.      

My choice for the Tic Tac Toe part of our  Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap included  Blue, Washi Tape and Thank you. I made up a weaved square as a centre piece and  added embellishments and a thank you greeting .     

I was asked to make a card for a man who was turning 50 and loved his motor bike. I chose this Hearty Craftys 3d image on a Poppys Crafts stitched circle  and added some appropriate tools and embellishments   

I beaded this Dragonfly Suncatcher for  my daughter in law who has a special affinity with dragonflies. It is very pretty when the sun shines on it.    

I was asked to make an Engagement card  for a friend's niece. I added a photo of the happy couple inside the front cover  and a verse on the opposite side.    

The second Craft Mad Monthly Swap was a Tic Tac Toe  From the grid I chose  Fancy Fun Fold , Patterned Paper and Green . This fold caught my eye on a post so I thought I would give it a try.  it is called a floating Hexagonal and so simple I couldn't believe it.  I see lots of them being made this Christmas.    

  First card for last months Craft Mad Monthly Swap. We were asked to copy a sketch which I have added below. I always start with good intentions but tend to stray off the brief a bit  so I hope my partner is happy with my version. 

My next Christmas project was also a birthday gift  It is a Rolife Christmas Music Box. Such a pleasure to build. The music box is in the base  and the gorgeous little house spins around as the music is playing.  Thank you Ruth and Geoff.  

Time for the first of my Christmas projects for this year. Book Nooks seem to be the rage at the moment. My friend gave me this kit for my birthday and I had so much fun building it.  So much detail including lights and music box. I just love it. Thank you Gail.    

Another card order. This time for a young couple and we needed to  have a dog feature somewhere in it. Luckily I had this die which really suited the instructions.  

The second card theme for this Craft Mad Monthly Swap  was an inked background. as I am really not a stamper nor do I own many inks anymore,  this was the best I could come up with at the time. It was well received by my partner, but I was a bit disappointed with myself.  

The first card for our partner in this Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap   was a Tic Tac Toe card so with Christmas creeping up  I chose Christmas, Ribbon,and Jewels and this is the result.   

A Thank you card for a friend who is also an avid  Collingwood Football team supporter so black and white  was the obvious choice    

Another 80th card o share today. Was asked for something pretty with flowers so I hope  this fits the bill.    

 I was asked to make an 80th birthday card by a friend.  I know the lady it was intended for is from the country  so I thought a bit of Australiana might be suitable   

I recently completed this Tea Shop. My friend gave it to me after she found it a bit challenging as all the instruction were in a foreign language  so the only guide was very small photographs. I will say it was quite a challenge and a few short cuts were taken.   However I am still very happy with the result.  

Last post for our Craft Mad Monthly Swap Card (all caught up now😉) This is the selection of embossing panel I sent to my partner. in return I received a lovely parcel of dies and panel including some stunning  floral panels that I am planning to use to create some special cards   

Part three of this swap. a collection of die cuts of all shapes and sizes  It is lovely to try other peoples dies now and again as we all collect differently. I hope my partner enjoyed them as much as I did mine.    

As well as a Tic Tac Toe card we also had to send some die cuts and embossed panels  to our partners for this Craft Mad Monthly Swap Card.  I recently purchased some of these background dies so thought I would send  a couple of kits along for my partner to try.  

A few more pens for the outlet shop. Loved the colours in these  and they come in kit form so really easy to go together . Nice little gift .   

Another Craft Mad Monthly Swap Card to share today.  You may be able to guess that I am trying to catch up after a bit of an absence. The theme was Tic Tac Toe. I chose blue, butterflies and ribbon for my card to send to my partner     

I decided to try my hand at pen making. I thought it would be  a good alternative for my outlet shop and as it is out in the country I thought  the cows were the perfect theme.    

This was my second card for the Craft Mad Monthly Swap Card I chose to case a card from a 2022  card swap.  Was really happy with this one.
