Christmas Project - Book Nook


Time for the first of my Christmas projects for this year.
Book Nooks seem to be the rage at the moment.
My friend gave me this kit for my birthday and I had so much fun building it. 
So much detail including lights and music box.
I just love it. Thank you Gail.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
