Decorated Gift Bag

I have used a plain gift bag to create this project. I cut an aperture in the front, added clear acetate inside the opening then covered the bag with patterned paper and decorated with ribbons and braids, flowers and rhinestone flourishes, The little girl is a Sarah Kay 3d image from Blue Edge Crafts

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
