Royal Queensland Show

The Royal Queensland Show or the Ekka as we like to call it is beginning soon and I entered a few items in the Fine Arts Section.
My first item is double page wedding spread. I have chosen to do my parents wedding . They were married during World War 2 and these are the only photographs we have of the occasion.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
