August Swap at Craft Mad

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad for August was Banners, Bunting or pennants.
We had to make two cards using this theme and then send them off to our partner.
I have to say it really had me scratching my head as to what to do for this swap.
This is what I have come up with.
 I decided to make my first in the shape of a banner. I added a layer of striped Bo Bunny paper, Spellbinders plain and scalloped circles, Tim Holtz Rosettes, Joycrafts banner and Sticker Store stickers for the greeting



I used Graphic45 circus paper for my second card, quikcutz stars and Joycraft banner

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
