70th Birthday

 My friend and very good neighbour recently celebrated her 70th birthday 

Our little tribe in the village decided to go all out and make it a day to remember for her.
I would like to share a few of the projects I have made for her special day. 

Last but not least a poker machine complete with some coins. 
This was included with a parcel of joke gifts including a tricked up walking stick and lots of other bits and bobs suitable for the occasion.

The poker machine is another Dreaming Tree file cut on the Klic N Kut Zing

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
