Royal Queensland Show - Album and Box Set

Today I would like to show you my entry into the Scrapbooking / Off The Page
 Mandy showed us how to make these boxes so I just made this one on a larger scale, covered it in cream and brown card and embellished it with Spellbinders dies and paper flowers.  
 
 I was awarded 2nd prize in the Off the Page section.
 
 
The box holds two albums of Family Birthdays.
The albums are made of chipboard and I have decorated them to match the box.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape.
