Moving House


I recently moved from our home of 30 years into a village a couple of suburbs away. 
After the long process of  selling and packing and garage sales and lots of self inflicted stress and anxiety, things are settling down nicely.
Most of my boxes are unpacked and safely in their new homes but my craft room is still a work in progress.
Hopefully this week will see my new craft cabinet installed and the rest of the boxes unpacked and then back into some serious crafting. 
Have quite a few orders waiting to be done so I am quite looking forward to getting back into it and hopefully have a few more cards and projects to share with you.

 For now, here a a few photos of my new home.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
