Craft Mad Card Sketch Challenge for April

This month we have a guest designer for our Card Sketch Challenge at Craft Mad .
This card was made by my sister in law Ruth for my birthday and I just loved it .
Although the concept of 3 square is simple, the finished card is very effective especially with the addition of the circular die behind the smallest square.

Craft Mad Monthly Swap

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
